AIFC Authority is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Manager of Expat Centre to provide top-tier assistance and support to foreign nationals in Kazakhstan. In this role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of both government and non-government services, foster strong customer relationships, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to foreign nationals, assisting with visa and migration services, taxpayer registration, and other related support services.
• Provide expert consultation on entry and stay regulations for foreign nationals, ensuring comprehensive guidance for obtaining necessary services.
• Manage and respond to correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls) promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update client service records and application databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate and execute projects related to service delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Translation, Law, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics is preferred.

Professional background

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Expertise in migration law is required.

Language proficiency

• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage.

Computer skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

Personal qualities

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
