Key Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure aggressive Sales plan delivery and business growth in assigned pool of Customers - Marketplaces and Quick commerce platforms (Yandex group: YandexMarket, YandexLavka, Sber grop: MegaMarket, Samokat)
• Develop and strengthen relationship with assigned On-line retailers (Russia), 3P / 1P business daily management
• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives with each assigned account, identify gaps and opportunities on weekly basis and propose plans for exploiting business development activities and implement plans for remedial action
• Monitor 6P (assortment, availability, pricing, shelf positioning, POS materials, promotional activities, professional recommendation level) and other e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, etc) execution on weekly basis, ensure quick issues resoling. Build KPIs development plans for On-line retailers to grow mutual e-com business
• Ensure pricing, portfolio, promotion strategy execution, as well as, incremental sales volume in each assigned account
• Develop, prepare and implement agreed annual business plans for each assigned account consistent with overall sales volume in e-commerce channel
• Conduct day-to-day, as well as, annual negotiations with each assigned account
• Monthly business review and reporting to Department head and quarterly reporting to Senior company leadership, business results sharing with HeadQuarters on quarterly basis

Requirements to the candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience working in Customer Development\Sales
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in eCommerce / Online Retail
• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing/Economics)
• Creative and flexible thinking, agile mindset
• Profound Knowledge of e-commerce Shopper Insight
• Proactivity in terms of business development opportunities
• Analytical skills
• Strategic thinking
• Strong and effective negotiations skills
• Effective and efficient planning and management of the budget
• Result oriented
• Fluent in English in both written and oral communication is an advantage.
