Our client is looking for Head of Sales/Country manager of wholesale for growing jewelry company:
Responsibilities:
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the business to ensure that new projects and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
- Liaise and build strong communication channel with logistics and freight forwarding service providers
- Successfully drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs for the respective market
- Coach and lead team (1-3 people) to maximize sales & profitability
- Responsible for profit and loss management and inventory control of the stores to determine optimal stock levels and build figures without overstocking
- Responsible for any legal action pertaining to duty levied by the government on any imported (and exported) goods (obtaining all relevant licenses)
- Apply for and follow up on all relevant licenses
- Manage lease of retail facilities, credits, collections, pricing, deductions and sales administration
- Analyze business performance KPIs, data and reporting to identify commercial opportunities and deficiencies, implement change and corrective actions where appropriate
- Take full accountability for the P& L, forecasting and budget control including setting and (managing the market payroll effectively)
- Ensures that procedures, policies, legal requirements, and commercial and ethical policies, are mastered and compliant
- Recruit, develop, motivate and manage a team to deliver superior performance and results
- Lead, inspire and develop your people to build committed and high-performing sales teams
- Establish a goal-oriented selling culture that focuses on relationship selling, building a client base and exceptional service
- Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization
- Contributes to effective teamwork by working collaboratively with all departments of the company
Requirments:
- University degree
- More than 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in jewelry
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of local legal regulations, customs regulations and procedures
- Experience in overseeing and managing the import of goods, coordination with customs, logistics and freight
