Soluxe Hotel Moscow 5* team is looking for Guest relations agent to ensure guest satisfaction and to adhere to all brand standards.

Our Guest relations agent will be responsible for:

• Review the arrival list daily and assist in preparing and distributing welcome amenities
• Conduct check-in and registration procedures
• Providing guests with information about the hotel
• Log the day' s activities and important information in different logbooks to ensure a good communication within the team
• Prepare different reports related to Front Office
• Assist the guests with restaurant reservations and other requests
• Handle guests’ complaints, inquiries, and comments. Log the information as requested per the procedure and ensure a follow-up
• Provide feedback from guests to all related departments for action and experience recovery
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby area
• Assist the Front Desk team with guest billing procedures when needed. Perform additional duties as directed by Front Office management team

Our Guest relations agent has the following qualifications:

• Higher professional education and at least 1 year of relevant experience in similar position in other international Hotel chains will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Opera and other hotel programs will be an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills, active and multitasking
• Proactive and action oriented with an attention to details
• Fluent English
