Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at Accelerator COOLSTONE, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product offerings and engaging with accelerator participants, mentors, and investors. Your insights and feedback will drive product improvements, ensuring that our resources align with the evolving needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

• Engage actively with accelerator participants, mentors, and investors to gather valuable feedback and insights regarding product functionality and user experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for product enhancement.

Performance Metrics

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product success and user engagement.

• Provide regular performance updates to the executive team, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for product strategy.

Product Strategy Development

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of product vision with market demands.

Technical Collaboration

• Leverage your strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies to inform product decisions.

• Facilitate collaborative discussions with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

• Inspire and motivate diverse teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Use your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships both within the team and across different stakeholders.

Data-Driven Problem Solving

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a product management role, ideally within an entrepreneurial ecosystem or accelerator environment.

• A strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute impactful product strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, combined with a friendly, positive approach that enables effective team interactions.
