JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform his/her duties, in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the applicable regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the Partnership, orders, instructions and directives, to the extent authorized to do so, and in accordance with this job description.

- Monitor the company' s departments' compliance with occupational health and safety laws and other regulations, as well as the provision of benefits and remuneration to employees in accordance with working conditions

- Study working conditions in workplaces, prepare and submit proposals on the development and introduction of improved designs of fencing equipment, security and blocking devices, other means of protection against the impact of dangerous and harmful factors of production

- Participate in inspections, investigations into the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery and mechanisms, the effectiveness of ventilation systems, the condition of sanitary and technical devices, sanitary rooms, means of collective and individual protection of employees, determining their compliance with the requirements of the legal regulatory acts on labor protection and in the event of identification of infringements that create a threat for the life and health of employees or may result in accidents, takes measures to stop the operation of machinery, equipment

- Carry out certification and certification work of workplaces and production equipment for compliance with labor protection requirements in collaboration with other departments of the company

- Participate in the development of measures to prevent occupational diseases and accidents

- Improve working conditions and bring them into line with the requirements stipulated by the legal regulatory acts on labor protection, as well as to provide organizational assistance in the implementation of the measures elaborated

- Ensure the timely execution by the respective departments and work areas of the required tests and technical inspections of equipment, machinery and mechanisms, compliance with the measurement schedules of hazardous and harmful factors of production, compliance with the instructions of the State supervisory and control authorities on compliance with regulations, rules and instructions in force in the field of occupational safety, occupational safety standards during the production process, as well as projects for new production and reconstruction facilities, participate in their acceptance for operation

- Participate in the consideration of the issue of compensation by the employer for damages caused to employees by injury, occupational disease or other damage to health related to the performance of their duties.

- Provide methodical assistance to the Company, with regard to mandatory medical examinations, as well as on the basis of the legislation in force, when employees are entitled to allowances and benefits for arduous, harmful or dangerous working conditions.

- Develop and revise labor protection instructions, organizational standards and the system of occupational safety standards.

- Organize and conduct information sessions, training, and employee knowledge reviews on occupational health and safety.

- Conduct workplace safety briefings for all new employees, business travelers, students and interns who present for on-the-job training or practice.

- Participate in the investigation of cases of occupational accidents, occupational and work-related diseases, study their causes, analyze the effectiveness of the measures taken to prevent them

- Control the organization of storage, including personal protective equipment, the condition of safety devices and protective equipment, as well as the appropriate use of the HSE budget allocated to labor protection measures

- Prepare occupational health and safety reports according to company formats and deadlines or contractual requirements in a timely manner.

- Organize the work of updating the integrated management system.

- Complies with labour regulations, regulations, procedures, instructions and other internal regulatory documents of the Company and the division

- Maintains subordination in relation to his/her line manager and other managers of the Company, observes common business ethics in relation to colleagues

- Carries out all other orders and instructions of the line manager in a proper and timely manner.
