Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the strategic development of FinMatcher.com. In this role, you will define the product vision, develop and implement a strategy to improve key metrics (LTV, CAC, organic traffic), and manage P& L to achieve business objectives while maximizing user product value.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth research on user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and product improvements.

Revenue and P& L Management:

• Develop monetisation strategies.

• Optimise business processes to ensure profitability growth.

Product Roadmap and Lifecycle Management:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap.

• Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.

Hypothesis Development and Testing:

• Formulate and validate hypotheses to increase revenue and enhance user experience.

• Conduct A/B tests to make data-driven product decisions.

SEO Collaboration:

• Work closely with the SEO team to drive organic traffic growth.

• Analyse the impact of SEO initiatives on key metrics.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, SEO, UX/UI, and analytics.

• Manage coordination between development, analytics, and marketing teams to execute the product strategy effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management, preferably within FinTech or digital projects focusing on organic traffic.

• Experience in conducting research, analysing data, and making insight-driven decisions.

• Skills in formulating and validating hypotheses using A/B testing methods.

• Expertise in creating and implementing product roadmaps and managing the product lifecycle.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and strategic planning.

• Proficiency in P& L management and monetisation strategy development.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Power BI.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate the team and foster effective collaboration.
