HumanLab is looking for an Account Manager to join the client’s team. The project is a large company specializing in cryptocurrency advertising, based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming inquiries via the website and assisting potential clients in launching campaigns
• Engaging with major clients, developing media plans and proposals
• Supporting clients in setting up, analyzing, and optimizing their advertising campaigns
• Searching for potential advertisers, identifying and collecting contacts of decision-makers and marketing teams to propose advertising campaigns
• Working with CRM by creating and maintaining a database, tracking all interactions with potential clients, and updating relevant information
• Collaborating with the sales team and technical department to ensure seamless operations and campaign success

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt messages to different audiences
• Proficiency in working with data, including analyzing, interpreting, and managing large volumes of information using appropriate tools
• Adaptability and the ability to quickly adjust to new situations, technologies, and methodologies
• Excellent time management skills for prioritizing, organizing, and meeting deadlines effectively
• Fluent English (C1)

Self-learning ability with the capacity to acquire new knowledge independently and grow professionally
