Responsibilities:

• Searching and analyzing legal acts, court and law enforcement practice, scientific, business, company and other materials and information, preparing updates and reviews on their basis
• Preparation of legal opinions and responses to inquiries, checking and drafting letters, claims, requests, statements and other documents on various matters of the company' s activities
• Participation in internal projects
• Drafting presentations on legal, compliance and data privacy matters
• Supporting the team with implementation of an interaction management tool and, if necessary, with other information systems
• Performing other similar tasks to support legal department colleagues on legal, compliance and data privacy matters.

Requirements:

• Law student (3-4th year at Bachelor’s degree program/Master' s degree program)
• Having work experience in a legal, compliance and/or data privacy field is an advantage
• General knowledge of civil law (specifically contract law, regulation of legal entities) knowledge of the antimonopoly, advertisement legislation, intellectual property law, compliance as well as data privacy is much welcome
• English language at least on Upper-Intermediate level (oral, written)
• Willingness to work 30-40 hours per week (discussed individually).
