Job responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping and managing accounting and record keeping in the QuickBooks accounting system.

2. Conducting banking operations and CRYPTO operations.

3. Managing calculations with suppliers/clients (Accounts Payable/Receivable).

4. Generating management reports upon request of the supervisor Balance sheet, P& L, General ledger, Cash flow statement.

5. Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor on time.

6. Experience in crypto business will be an advantage.

7. Understanding of how to operate with crypto wallets.

8. Advanced excel user: Working with data arrays, applying formulas.

9. Preparing reports for external regulators and investors, and audits.

10. Practical experience with QuickBooks.

11. Analyze and understand the OTC (Over the counter) workflow, including sales orders, invoices, payments, and related data.

12. Strong analytical understanding with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Excellent command of the Russian language is required

7. English language proficiency – not lower than Upper Intermediate.

Budget: $8.00/hr
For a probationary period of 2 months. After the probationary period, a performance analysis will be conducted.

Working hours: from 9am to 6pm (GMT+3)// 9-18 Moscow time
