Our partner company, RentForEvent, is a full-service AV production and equipment rental company specializing in audio, video, lighting, staging, LED wall, and pipe and drape solutions. Their AV services are available in all 50 US states to give the clients fail-safe events.

Currently, RentForEvent team is looking for an Accountant (full-time) to join the team. Please pay attention to the fact that the schedule of work will be per New York/LA time zone (9 am - 6 pm EST time zone).

As an Accountant at RentForEvent, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring timely and accurate month end, quarter­end, and year end closing of books

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Developing efficient financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy

• Assisting with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting

• Monitoring budget variances and provide insightful analysis

• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

• Managing and reconciling the general ledger

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring regulatory compliance

• Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decisions

• Supervising bookkeepers for accurate and timely transaction recording.

What will set you up for success:

• Experience in Finance 5+ years, preferably with American companies

• Familiarity with American accounting systems (QuickBooks, Oracle, DeZero)

• Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)

• Possessing C1-level English proficiency and experience working in the US market

• A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

• A proactive approach to improving accounting processes and implementing best practices

• Capability to provide clear and reliable financial information to management, stakeholders, and auditors.
