SORP Group is a leading consulting company based in the UAE, driving the Supply-chain Startup project focused on creating an integrated ecosystem for supply chain management, international payments, and business growth. To strengthen our presence in Africa, we are looking for a Local Coordinator to operate in key English-speaking regions, including Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and Uganda.

We need a professional with deep knowledge of the local market, relevant contacts with banks and logistics companies, and an established network of B2B buyers involved in international trade and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate local processes related to supply chain management and business operations.

• Establish and maintain relationships with banks, logistics companies, and other strategic partners.

• Build and manage a pool of B2B buyers who are engaged in international trade and procure goods.

• Gather and analyze local market information to support business development initiatives.

• Address operational issues on the ground and provide support to the core team.

• Assist in implementing business growth strategies and executing key initiatives.

• Provide administrative support, including documentation and reporting.

  Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in coordinating business operations or administrative processes in English-speaking African countries.

• Established network of relevant contacts in the banking and logistics sectors.

• Access to a pool of B2B buyers involved in international trade and procurement.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with local and international stakeholders.

• Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of local languages is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with the core team.

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
