The Commercial manager will be responsible for building and expanding revenue stream for a range of services including moving, relocations, pets and logistics/

• Regularly assess and tap into business opportunities in Kazakhstan and Central Asia
• Analyze potential opportunities through clients interactions and face to face meetings
• Taylor services to meet individual clients needs in Kazakhstan
• Propel sales by maintaining regular contact with potential clients and coordination with Move One Global Sales Team
• Manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects
• Market and sell services to both new and existing clients
• Ensure the availability of proper vendor facilities including warehousing, uniforms , vehicles and services for project execution
• Comply with all regulatory, legal and safety requirements , ensuring alignment with the local laws
• Provide weekly sales and operations reports to the management

• Bachelor' s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field is advantage
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in relocation industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Familiarity with local business regulations in Kazakhstan and Central Asia preferred
• Fluent in English, knowledge of second language is advantage
• Valid driver' s license
