● At least one year of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or digital security. University degree, preferably in IT, computer science, or a related field.

● Strong proficiency in IT systems including Network, Hardware, Application, Script, SQL

● Understanding of digital security tools, ability to analyze complex digital security issues, identify vulnerabilities, and develop solutions to prevent breaches.

● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

● Fluency in Kyrgyz or Russian is required fluency in English and Turkish is desired.

● Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

● Providing ICNL staff and program partners with IT support, including troubleshooting issues. Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for ICNL and program partners.

● Ensuring the security of digital systems and data through regular updates and maintenance.

● Supporting ICNL staff and program partners in setting up and managing their IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

● Assisting in the development and implementation of data backup and recovery plans.

● Providing training on digital security and the use of software, hardware, and other IT resources.

● Managing IT inventory, including tracking and maintaining equipment and software licenses.

● Monitoring and ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices. Turkish and English languages are required, Kyrgyz or Russian is a must.
