We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst in Energy Efficiency (EE) / Renewable Energy (RE) to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to kick-start their careers in the sustainability sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake data gathering, validation, and analysis independently and collaboratively with team colleagues and across NGD teams.
• Conduct in-depth research on government policies, regulations, consumer behavior, and industry trends relevant to EE/RE.
• Prepare, draft, and review project-related documentation, including technical reports, methodologies, and proposals.
• Assist in preparing bidding documents in accordance with project requirements and standards.
• Support the organization of project-related events, including meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Document events through detailed minutes, summary reports, and memos.
• Assist in organizing site visits and missions by coordinating logistics, preparing schedules, and managing budgets.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting energy experts for various projects.
• Contribute to drafting methodologies and technical approaches for project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to handle complex datasets and information.
• Basic understanding of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies, along with regulatory frameworks and environmental issues.
• Excellent communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) familiarity with analytical tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
