We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering all company devices and internal tools, launching scripts on remote devices when necessary, and monitoring internet connectivity issues and laptop performance. This role also includes assisting with the implementation of internal tools and benchmarking them for optimal performance.
In addition, the IT Support Engineer will handle team requests such as password changes and provide guidance on using various tools. Collaborating with software owners, this person will help involve the entire team in adopting new software solutions. The role also encompasses organizing and conducting training sessions for new team members, as well as ongoing sessions for current staff to enhance their proficiency with our tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device and Tool Administration:
- Manage and maintain all company devices, ensuring they function optimally.
- Administer internal tools and assist with their implementation.
- Onboarding/offboarding laptops.
- Launch and manage scripts on remote devices as required.
- Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and laptop performance.
- Benchmark tools to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Support and Collaboration:
- Respond promptly to team requests, including password resets and access issues.
- Provide clear guidance and assistance on how to use various tools and software.
- Collaborate with software owners to integrate new software solutions company-wide.
- Facilitate team engagement with new technologies and tools.
- Training and Development:
- Organize and conduct training sessions for new employees on company tools and systems.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for current team members.
- Create and update training materials to ensure resources are current and effective.
- Advise team members on best practices to maximize tool efficiency and productivity.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and tool utilization.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to the company.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve IT support services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Confident using Mosyle
- Basic scripting and log analysis skills
- Fluent in English (C1) and native in Russian
Work hours: 11:00 to 20:00 CET
