Who We’re Looking For:

We need someone with a solid foundation in accounting, who’s open to learning new skills, and comfortable engaging with our wonderful customer base. No extensive sales experience is required—just a friendly attitude and a willingness to connect!

Requirements:

1) Simple Accounting Tasks (Fixed Salary)
• Recording journal entries, bank reconciliations, and VAT filing.

2) Sales Support (Target-Based Base + Commission)
• Engage with customers on platforms like Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
• Reach out to potential leads for our services (don’t worry, we’ll guide you every step of the way!).
• Handle payment links and bookings for our Lemon Waves group of companies.
• Use our easy-to-follow outreach manual that covers 80% of interactions—it’s like having a cheat sheet!

3) Administrative Superpower
• Coordinate with suppliers for product and service deliveries (think catering, laundry, photography, etc.).
• Convert tables into Excel and handle simple document formatting tasks.
• Digitize letters in Word and print them on company letterhead.
• Support with various admin tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

4) Content Creation Extraordinaire
• Edit short, simple videos and post them on Instagram.
• Generate AI-powered articles for our company blog.

Skills You’ll Need (or Learn on the Job):

• Accounting software like Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• CapCut for content creation
• English language proficiency
• Russian language (optional)
• We need you here in Dubai, UAE. This is NOT a remote position.
