Qualification & Experience Requirements:

- Responsible for managing all materials aspects for work within the CONTRACTOR’s area of responsibility, including
the setting up and running of a warehouse, receiving materials from the COMPANY, ‘bagging and tagging’ by job, safe
keepng and preservation of materials, issuing and managing materials returns.
- Maintain all information for status of materials on weekly basis.
- Collaborate with construction team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all
material requests.
- Must have more than 5 years experience in Engineering works in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining industry.
- Must have 5 years experience in warehouse management and petrochemical materials procurement
- Educational qualifications: Preferably HND Mechanical discipline or standards-based qualification.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be capable of assisting in QA / QC / HSE compliance audits on site procedures and HSE Plans.
- Must be able to organise materials and equipment, control in/out of stores materials.
- Must be capable of all inventory management and understand storage requirements
- Must be able to work with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages.
- Must be fully aware of different types of materials used in Construction projects mainly in oil & gas project.
- Must be able to advise, support the Storemen/warehouse team if necessary.
- Preferably have a working level experience in SAP-PM and CMMS.
- Must be a Team Player working with different nationality and discipline engineer.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

- Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports.
- Ability to work in team environments-communicate, understand, and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional and multilocation environment.
