Обязанности:

**Contract Management & Negotiations**
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with hotels, DMCs, and travel suppliers across Thailand
- Develop and implement pre-buying strategies to secure favorable rates and allocations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure optimal pricing structures
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and industry partners

**MICE Operations**
- Coordinate and supervise ground support for MICE events and group travels
- Prepare customized proposals and contracts for MICE events
- Ensure seamless execution of group arrangements and special events
- Collaborate with operations teams to deliver exceptional service standards

**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Russian tourism market
- Develop strategic initiatives to increase Russian tourist arrivals
- Build and maintain relationships with Russian tour operators and travel agencies
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue opportunities

​​​​​- Fluency in Russian and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 4 years' experience in hotel contracting or similar role within travel industry

- Strong understanding of Thai hospitality market and Russian tourism sector
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record in strategic procurement and rate negotiations
