Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT (Mobile Products), with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent proficiency in Jira, including the ability to configure and maintain processes within the system, use plugins.
• Strong communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Ability to act as a facilitator during discussions and resolve conflicts.
• Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience coordinating and aligning the work of various teams (development, QA, design, product).
• Ability to describe processes in their current ( as is ) and target ( to be ) states.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and methodologies.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to establish cause-and-effect relationships.
• Proactivity and responsibility in task execution.
• Effective time management, including planning workdays and weeks and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to respond promptly to changes.
• Basic skills in Miro/Figma or similar tools.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the development of mobile applications (iOS/Android) and associated web systems (backend, admin panel).
• Monitoring task completion, managing resources and timelines, updating plans, and ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Defining release strategies and managing the deployment of new versions.
• Ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines and budgets.
• Organizing team rituals (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) to ensure effective teamwork.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and development teams to clarify requirements, plan tasks, and resolve issues.
