We are seeking a high-potential (HiPo) candidate to join our team as a Team Assistant/Junior Operations Manager in our Dubai office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the office and supporting our daily operations. You will collaborate with global talent, tackle exciting tasks, and seize opportunities for growth. We prioritize candidates who may not have extensive experience but demonstrate an empathetic attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong desire to grow in operations.

• Oversee the smooth functioning of our Dubai office, addressing any operational needs.
• Provide administrative support to our founders and team members, ensuring the efficient operation of daily activities.
• As part of the Operations team, assist with operational tasks across various domains, including bookkeeping, finance, legal compliance, and HR. Essential training will be provided.
• Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in office management software and tools, such as MS Office and G-Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, fostering effective teamwork and cooperation.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in administrative or operational roles would be an advantage.
