We are looking for the Trade Marketing Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

• End to end management of POP, display and other in-store visibility materials production process
• Annual demand planning, ordering and stock tracking of standard generic visibility materials
• End to end management of customer specific tailormade in-store visibility activations based on PICOS guidelines
• Event operation process management
• Warehouse management
• Close field tracking to make sure on-time execution of commercial activation calendar
• Business process improvement and Integration of digital systems to improve efficiency
• Budget tracking and reporting
• Following up trends in FMCG and creating new in-store communication materials
• Regular trainings to new hired sales representatives

• Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related field of studies
• Min 2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing departments in FMCG
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Initiator and results-oriented with strong communication, cross-functional problem-solving skills
• Business savvy, result-oriented and customer focused
• Understanding of field dynamics and ability to collaborate with sales team
• Willingness to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency, meeting deadlines and benchmarks
• Fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh
