Head of HR (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan):

• Lead HR Team (General Admin Dep, HR Dep, Recruitment Dep)
• Development and implementation of organization strategies
• Managing HR operations (recruiting, selecting, counselling, and disciplining staff planning, monitoring, appraising, maintaining compensation & benefits package)
• Lead Annual Performance Management System: Goals Setting, Performance Evaluation, Competencies Assessment process, 360 Degree Assessment Employee Satisfaction Survey
• Develop Recognition and Reward Systems
• Social and Corporate Employees events
• Support to management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions analyzing information and applications
• Organizing Coaching, Training and Adaptation
• Execution of Annual Promotion
• Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organization values.

• The ability to develop and nurture relationships across departments
• The confidence to provide sound professional advice
• The ability to lead the development of effective employment policies
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, policies procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection, health and safety, etc)
• The ability to analyze and review HR data to identify trends.

Other:

• 3-5 years of experience on similar position
• Fluent English
• Bachelor' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
