With our head office in Helsingborg, southern Sweden, we are an innovative company with a global presence in China, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Mexico and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for Customer support and logistic manager to join our team in Astana that will be responsible for:

- preparation of production and shipments plans for the customers

- determination of the most suitable delivery routes to Kazakhstan, taking into account cost, time and possible sanction risks

- full documentary support of the import transaction (contracts, specifications, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, export declarations)

- timely and accurate custom clearance

- reflection of order placement, revenue, invoices and reconciliations in the accounting system 1C and SAP

- AR management

- interaction with transport logisticians and custom brokers

- control of timely fulfilment of payment obligations from customers, transport obligations from the logistic partners

-control over compliance with currency control legislation.
