Our official partner is an international team that providing vacation housing, concierge services, short-term and long-term property rentals and buying and selling of elite real estate in Dubai. A company also provide a full package services: transfers, accommodation, photo shooting & entertainment in UAE.

Due to business development, we are inviting a Sales Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• handle and process incoming leads from various platforms
• сommunicate with clients via messaging, phone calls, providing outstanding service
• understand client requirements and match them with suitable luxury rental properties
• maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions in the CRM system
• achieve and exceed sales targets through a client-focused and results-driven approach
• provide regular updates and reporting on personal performance and key sales metrics.

Requirements:

• proven experience in sales and customer service - ideally in real estate
• strong results orientation with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs
• experience working with CRM systems
• English fluency is required and Russian language is an advantage
• ability to analyze and share previous sales achievements and key metrics
• excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Conditions:

• official labour contract and insurance
• income based on fix salary AED 4000 + KPI (total from AED 6,000 and above)
• working hours: Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
