Key Responsibilities:

• Control of order management process incl. customers, plants and local organization
• Coordination and control of transportation of goods from production (France) to stock in Kazakhstan and to customers Manage it in Kazakhstan
• Coordination and control of certification process and provide it in correspondence of Kazakhstan regulation Direct communication with companies, providing certification services
• Coordination and control of customs clearance process Direct communication with customs brokers
• Provide and support all needed data for customs clearance process incl. documents
• Posting all cleared goods and POSM in the system
• Coordination and control of stickers preparation process incl. text preparation
• Control of local warehouse activities and warehouse operation quality in line with corporative standards. Direct communication with 3 PL provider.
• Control and provide customers with all needed documentation according to Kazakhstan regulation
• Support and control customers claims process, close work with suppliers on this topic
• Utilization process conducting and control
• Monthly write-off of shortages and defective goods from warehouses in the system
• Closely cooperate and communicate with local functions: incl. brands, commercial team and finance developing LVMH processes
• Closely cooperate and communicate with HQ and other LVMH teams
• Control and develop contract process with logistics providers in Kazakhstan in line with local regulation
• Monitoring of law changes regarding import and distribution of P& C goods and respective informing of all involved sides
• Manage local logistics team. People development
• Proactive optimization of local logistics process in line with minimal cost, best service and minimal lead times.
• Provide necessary information and reports related to logistics processes

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Logistics, 3+ years in the same position
• Strong understanding in customs operations, brokerage services, certification process, delivery from abroad
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Driven for result and proactive
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions
• Experience in people management
• English- Upper Intermediate.
