Easybrain is looking for a skilled HR Manager, who will be a part of our current HR team and responsible for our HR processes and new recruitments. This is a great opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on our growing team that develops top-notch products.

Responsibilities:

- Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews

- Coordinating adaptation and performance

- Working with current HR procedures and policies, and implementing new ones

- Advising management on personnel management issues

- Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues

- Organizing corporate and social events

- Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis

- Supervising health and safety policies.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company

- Managerial skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Russian language proficiency

- Very good command of the English language.
