As the Customer Support specialist, you will be accountable for providing outstanding customer service and support to clients through multiple communication channels. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries promptly and precisely. You will need to possess extensive knowledge of our products, and specifications to succeed in this role. The main focus is to support foreign clients in different languages.

Main duties:

• Assisting clients, problem solving in chats, emails, messages, social networks
• Providing clients with information on the Tangem wallet.
• Writing and updating the help information provided to clients.
• Keeping notes on customer issues, questions and suggestions in order to pass information to other concerned employees.

Main requirements:

• Experience in crypto industry
• English, Russian from C1. Additional languages will be an advantage
• Experience with: Zendesk, Agorapulse, Appradar, Frontapp, Shopify, Insales, Instaram, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn
