Review and edit translations to guarantee high quality and adhere to tight deadlines.

Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to clarify technical terms and ensure contextual accuracy.

Occasionally assist in training junior translators or interns.

A university degree in Translation, Linguistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional translation experience specifically in engineering-related content, with a proven track record in English/Russian or Russian/Chinese translations.

Fluency in both source and target languages (English/Russian or Russian/Chinese), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of engineering terminology, principles, and practices.

Proficiency in using CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar.

Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
