Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js, ensuring they are production-ready and performant on a large scale.
• Own the entire frontend development cycle, from early-stage prototypes through deployment and beyond, with an emphasis on quality, speed, and resilience.
• Implement advanced SSR (server-side rendering) and SSG (static site generation) techniques to deliver lightning-fast applications.
• Take a proactive role in optimizing the codebase for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability, continuously pushing for the best possible user experience.
• Collaborate deeply with backend teams, product managers, and designers to build cohesive, seamless experiences, driving alignment and consistency.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, maintain high standards of code quality, and drive a culture of engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js in high-impact, production environments.
• English: B1
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) features, with a commitment to flawless code quality.
• Deep experience with state management solutions, including Redux.
• Proven expertise in integrating complex APIs, optimizing for performance, and building data-driven applications.
• Advanced skills in TypeScript and an understanding of type-safe JavaScript development.
• Proficiency with version control (Git), collaborative workflows, and branch management.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO principles, and web performance best practices.
• Hands-on experience with frontend build tools, CI/CD, and Webpack.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
