Oil& Gas Company in Dubai is looking for Operation analyst

Responsibilities:

• Administration and coordination of day-to-day operational activities of trade company:
• Preparation and review of contracts, invoices, transportation requests, letters and other documents
• Coordination and liaising with suppliers, clients and other parties
• Control over the circulation of documents
• Conclusion of oil trade contracts, liaising with buyers and suppliers for all stages of a contract from draft up to its final executions (price, terms of delivery, transportation of the goods by the sea)
• Control over day-to-day trading operations of transportation of the goods by the sea and railway
• Control over payments

• 2. Prepare reports to the direct manager

  3. Performing other duties upon request

• Requirements and skills:

• Practical experience in administration of companies (preferably related to trade and transport)
• Knowledge of railway and sea transport documents preferably within an international Oil& Gas or Shipping company
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Practical experience in cooperation with banks
• Good analytical skills
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
• Previous work experience in UAE will be considered as an advantage
