Required competences:

• At least 3+ years of experience in a relevant position managing outsourced projects.

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

• Understanding of the delivery process (steps in the production of IT products).

• Simultaneous release management (planning, organization of testing and deployments) of 10 smaller projects or a large and very complex project with numerous streams, where several teams work / delivery is carried out in several threads.

• Сritical thinking, the ability to make decisions to balance client expectations, sufficiency of technical implementation and budget - that is, fine-grained operational management of the flow of projects.

• Fluent spoken and written English - ability to work directly with stakeholders in English, setting expectations for deadlines, as well as being able to negotiate responsibility for deadlines on the client’s side (providing timely feedback).

• Ability to maintain and monitor project schedule execution.

• Experience in solving complex problems, including making reasonable decisions, guiding the team from the perspective of balancing expectations of all parties

• Experience in budget and resource management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Relevant management education.

Expected functions:

• Oversee and manage the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery - revealing risks, tracking the fulfillment of minimal standards.

• Coordinate needed minimal administrative activities to ensure budgets are maintained, expenses approved, and project requirements met.

• Acting as “Voice of the reason” - to validate the results of projects on the high-level (from the user perspective) as sufficient to pass over to customers.

• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements from the common sense, and validate that they’re met in the implementation.
