What are we doing?

A global project to check the history of the car. Having taken a confident position in the car history market in the United States of America, we are developing data analysis based on artificial intelligence and machine learning based on the huge amounts of data available to our company. Come and take part in the revolution of the automotive industry!

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Fluency in English (at the first contact with you, a mini-interview will be conducted in English)
• Work with the company’s clients (customer support, 90% of calls are incoming). Communication channels - chatbot on the website, telephone, social networks.
• Working with refunds and disputes
• Communication with potential partners on the given task

Requirements

• Willingness to work in the afternoon
• High level of independence and initiative

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Spanish
• Experience communicating with native speakers is desirable
