Main responsibilities :

• Sell meeting facilities, banquets and social events
• Organizing sells calls and attracting new companies
• Participates in customer site inspections and assists with the sales process when necessary
• Act as liaison between field sales person and customer throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event)
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
• Handle guest problems and complaints
• Reviews comment cards and guest satisfaction results with associates
• Coordinates and communicates verbally and in writing with customer (internal and external) regarding event details

Main Requirements:

• Fluent English and a second language desirable
• Good written and verbal communication
• Previous sales and events / banqueting experience, preferably in Hotel sphere

• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook) required

• Ability to manage stress situations, always promoting a constructive and positive attitude
• The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Sense of organization and planning
