Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React.js to join our development team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the frontend architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering top-notch user interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of React and a passion for building scalable and efficient frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Frontend Development: Design and develop complex, interactive, and responsive web applications using React.js.

- Architect Efficient Solutions: Create reusable components and ensure seamless integration with backend services.

- Mentor and Guide: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices.

- Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, readability, and modularity.

- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development and apply these practices to projects.

- Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure robust and bug-free code.

- Agile Development: Participate in Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end build tools such as Webpack.

- In-depth experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.

- Familiarity with modern UI frameworks and design systems like Material-UI or Ant Design.

- Solid understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) using Next.js or a similar framework.

- Familiarity with GraphQL.

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).

- Understanding of WebSockets and real-time data applications.
