The company was established in 2018: international professionals united to make the world get rid of traditional smoking and decrease its negative impact for people.
At Plonq we create products and technologies that allow users to gradually reduce smoking and make nicotine consumption a conscious choice.
From the very beginning we have been focused on forming a thoughtful adult users community all over the globe, providing an ethical alternative for adult smokers through research, deeptech and human-centered design.
Duties:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to succeed in the European market.

Lead and coach the European sales team and drive team results
Grow and nurture the European client portfolio.

Participate in marketing activities and events (conferences, customer gatherings, etc.).

Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Work closely with customers to ensure continuous improvement of our offerings.

Sales analytics.

Participation in industrial exhibitions.
Requirements:

Experience as a sales manager at FMCG (commercial director or sales director).

English is not lower than C1.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Powerful change agent who champions change and inspires trust and change adoption.
- Solid matrix management skills with the proven ability to deliver through others.
