We are looking for a Deputy Chief of Corporate IT (Deputy of CIO).

Your main tasks will be:

• 1st Line (UserSupport Team) KPI conditions met
• 2nd line (Coreadmins Team) KPI conditions met
• Create Hot Backup for All On-premise infrastructure in the Cloud (AWS or Azure)
• ManageEngine Endpoint Central Implementation
• NetBox Implementation
• Zabbix + Grafana implementation
• Create UserSupport and Coreadmins 2025 plans.

We expect from you:

• Experience in building an IT department from scratch

• Experience in building and managing a team of 20 employees or more

• Ability to understand and independently find business needs and translate them into tasks for the IT department

• Experience migrating or implementing virtual desktops

• Experience migrating user documents and business processes from on-premises to the cloud (GWS, Microsoft 365, etc.)

• Experience of working in companies with a distributed corporate network with branches in several countries

• English - upper intermediate Russian language - fluent

• Higher education in IT-technologies.
