Then you might be interested in taking up the position of the Business Controller at our Local Manufacturing Kaluga site.

The position
This is a permanent position.
Business Controller is acting as a finance partner to the business, driving and executing the key finance processes at our Kaluga production site: budgeting, manning planning, reporting, period-end closing, invoices execution.
In the role of Business Controller, you will consolidate finance data, drive budget and manning plans discussions with the departments, prepare budget submission. You will prepare monthly management reports, analyze the trends and business drivers of deviations. You will be required to interpretate the finance figures to create the business insights and help the managers to take the data-driven decisions. In this position you will need to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and customers (including Site Vice President, Managers, Process Owners and others) to ensure alignment of expectations and key initiatives, maximization of value delivered, and continuous improvement. As for the external stakeholders - you will be a part of the global finance community and will be expected to actively interact with your peers across the globe to share knowledge and best practices as well as to take part in the global initiatives.
You will apply your professional skills, as well as coaching and facilitation capabilities, spending your time with the management close to the processes to help the business continuously meet strategic and operational goals and needs through finance perspective. Provide leadership and coordination of the improvement projects within LMK. Effectively coordinate these projects with all the parties involved.
Qualifications
To make it a success you need to have a Higher Finance education. It is required to have minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling at production site in a multinational company.
You have strong stakeholders management, presentation and communication skills. You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP. English is required, both verbal and written, in at least Upper-Intermediate level.
About the department
You will be a member of our Business Support team at the Local Manufacturing Kaluga site working with the team of highly professional and engaged employees. You will be working on the cross-functional and international level.
In LMK, we are sustaining a modern insulin production and the processes in scope are formulation, filling, inspection, assembly and packaging. The site has started the delivery of the packed product to the Russian market in February 2015 and launched the aseptic production and assembly into the operations in 2018.
