There is a great opportunity for a result-oriented professional in sphere of pharmaceutical business to join an International Pharmaceutical company with offices in Mumbai & Hyderabad, India and in Moscow, Russia. The company is actively developing in all business lines by developing new APIs, commercializing them at CMO and further marketing, entering new markets across the Globe with own APIs and distribution of APIs from our existing and new partners. The key task of the role is to ensure stability and sustainable growth of the company, as well as to implement its strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: managing the company' s daily activities, including logistics, supply chain, production, organization of contract manufacturing, and distribution
• Process Optimization: ensuring efficient and cost-effective operational processes that align with the company' s strategic goals
• Financial Management: overseeing accounting, budget preparation, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and financial health working closely with the accountant
• HR-Management: managing recruitment, training, employee development, and foster a productive work environment form new teams as required
• Team Management: overseeing technology development, establishing project timelines, monitoring processes in real-time, organizing technology transfers to selected CMOs, and commercializing products within projected costs
• Contract Organization and Compliance: managing various types of agreements and contracts (from employment contracts and office leases to agreements with CMOs and CPAs) ensure compliance with all documents and timely updates as needed
• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: ensuring the company adheres to all legal standards and managing risks associated with operations
• Collaboration with Business Development: working closely with the business development department to ensure the effective implementation of new business opportunities

Our expectations:

• Relevant work experience in a managerial position of at least 3 years in the FCMG market
• Higher education degree
• Languages: Hindi (native/C1) English (C1)
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google-Suite
• Ability to propose new ideas and take initiative
• Experience in projects during the active growth stage of a company: implementing new products, standards, technologies, positions, building and documenting business processes from scratch
• Skills in developing operational processes, optimizing production and business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Experience in forming and managing teams, and proficiency in personnel development tools
• High level of analytical abilities, self-organization and autonomy readiness to make independent decisions
• Deep understanding of the requirements and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the ability to interpret standards from other markets
