Duties and requirements of this position:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the credit or lending area within commercial banks, with a focus on corporate finance, syndicated loans and project finance
• Language skills (English, Uzbek and Russian)
• Proven experience in syndicated loans and project finance, with the ability to analysis corporate and banking financial statements comprehensively
• Deep understanding of banking regulations, financial products, and credit risk management, along with a strong knowledge of relevant banking financial legislation
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to consolidate large amounts of information and present it clearly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing relationships with local and international institutions
• Strong proficiency in PC skills
• Advanced understanding of credit documentation and regulatory compliance, as well as risk assessment for complex loan structures
• Knowledge of the local and international syndicated loan markets and project finance developments
• Familiarity with financial modeling, risk mitigation strategies and credit portfolio management.

Education level and type:

• University degree in the field of economics or finance.
