We are now looking for Quality Specialist (Abbott Diabetes Care).

What You’ll Do

• Ensure Quality System awareness and compliance in the Region
• Plan and conduct internal audits / assessment to verify the effectiveness of the management system
• Receive audit input and follow QS Document Control
• CAPA management follow up and ensure closure
• Ensure QS record keeping, Warehousing, Quality Holds, Supplier / Distributors evaluation/monitoring/audit
• Coordinate Field Communications at the Region
• Ensure availability of org charts (including LSME) and job descriptions
• Be the expert on QS process and support the rest of team, train timely
• Work in close cooperation with regional QA manager, to build and continuously improve efficient, transparent and smooth documents process

Key Requirements

• Higher education
• Scientific background (i.e. Lab Technician, Biology, Chemistry, Pharma, M.D.)
• At least 3 years of experience in quality of medical devices a must
• Product and market environment knowledge preferred
• Quality Systems management and auditing experience
• Management skills and leadership competencies
• Excellent English (writing, speaking, negotiations)
• Experience of work in international environment/projects
• Cultural sensibility
