We are looking for an Office Manager who is ready to provide the necessary support for the proper functioning of the company by handling various administrative tasks. The fixed-term employment contract will be concluded for the period of maternity leave of the main employee.

Your Tasks

• Routine administrative management: processing correspondence with clients and suppliers, emails and memos, filing, archiving, management of cleaning service providers.
• Supply orders for office needs
• Manage structural invoices and checking them, enter employee expense reports
• Organize corporate events (handling hotel reservation, buying tickets etc.)
• Communication with suppliers (research, contact, negotiate, contract preparation, communication with Project Managers).

Our requirements:

• Good command of English (B2+)
• Previous experience on administrative position
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in multitasking mode
• Ability and desire to organise office work and life.

Would be a plus: strong PC skills.
