We are an international CPaas solutions provider offering a wide range of communications services for businesses in the Asia-Pacific, European and US markets.
You will work as part of a cross-functional, regionally distributed team with excellent career opportunities and financial stability.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage commercial activities with carriers and service providers, including purchasing DID numbers, call center services, and OTP traffic termination.
• Sign agreements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers explore alternative voice solutions for customer traffic.
• Secure local agreements in EMEA, GCC, APAC, Africa, and Latam regions based on client requests.
• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee LNP purchases and related issues.
• Automate and manage billing, pricing, and routing systems maintain supplier service matrices.
• Meet quarterly KPIs optimize processes for carrier interactions regarding rates, quality, and traffic termination.
• Handle disputes over ported/disconnected DID numbers streamline rate loading and routing (LCR+).
• Manage tariffs and traffic distribution based on credit history and regional carrier specifics.
• Collaborate across Operations, Networks, Product, Marketing, Financial, and Compliance teams.
• Optimize routing and reduce costs on low-margin routes enhance profitability.
• Engage with Provisioning, Deal Desk, Support, NOC, and vendors for service setups.
• Ensure competitive terms with providers like WhatsApp Business API.
• Coordinate new carrier connections and inter-operator interactions.
• Analyze telecom market trends for strategic advantage mitigate fraud and commercial losses.
• Support company strategy, driving revenue growth and cost reduction.

What we need:

• At least 5 years of experience in a VoIP provider or telecom operator company
• Knowledge of the telecom market in voice telephony, numbering capacity, SMS, and VAS services
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Ready to relocate
