JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordination of work between structural divisions within the Plant Direction for the timely implementation of the tasks set by the management Cooperation with the Office of Industrial Development.
• Organization of business meetings of the Director/Deputy Director.
• Ensuring the order of documentation, organizing work with documents, monitoring the execution of documents and preparing documents for transfer to the company' s archive.
• Providing support and interpretation / translation at negotiations, meetings, business meetings, meetings related to the activities of the Plant Direction.
• Drawing up memos, letters, requests and other documents by order of the management of the directorate.
• Providing assistance and control over the use of tools to improve operational efficiency Visual Management , Method 5S and other methods and tools of lean production (Lean Operations, Kaizen) by divisions of the Plant Direction.
• Participation in improving the quality of maintaining 5S in the workplace, organizing control over 5S audits, managing the registration of audit results related to the activities of the Plant Direction.

Requirements:

• Higher education with good knowledge of English and experience as an assistant-translator for at least 2 years.
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
• Ability to conduct business correspondence in Kazakh, Russian and English
• Knowledge of document preparation and processing methods
• Good communication skills (good communication skills), ability to multi-task Knowledge of word processing tools.

• Period of work for the period of replacement of an absent employee (maternnity leave, approximately 2 year)

• Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00
• Deposit Tortkuduk (Turkestan region, Suzak district)
