We seek a driven Junior Expense Analyst who excels in numbers and communication. This role involves working within the Travel & Expense management system, where you will perform daily tasks and initiate process optimization and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Audit expense reports and ensure compliance with the Travel & Expense guidelines
• Provide training and customer service to internal and external clients
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Assist with internal and external audit initiatives for the Corporate Travel and Expense Program

Requirements

• Bachelor' s degree in finance, economics or a related field
• 2+ years of work experience in finance
• Advanced MS Office skills, knowledge of reporting and statistics packages (Excel and similar)
• Ability to collect, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Presentation skills
• B2+ written and spoken English
