Обязанности
- Organizing and overseeing the work of the HR department, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks related to HR administration.
- Developing and implementing HR policies aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing employees.
- Managing the full cycle of HR administration: hiring, transfers, terminations, leave management, sick leave, business trips, and other HR documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations of the company.
- Interacting with regulatory bodies, preparing reports, and participating in audits.
- Preparing and updating internal HR documents: policies, instructions, regulations.
- Organizing and conducting onboarding programs for new employees.
- Developing and implementing employee assessment and motivation systems.
- Managing the talent pool and planning employee development.
- Providing consultation support to department heads on labor law and personnel management issues.
- Organizing and managing migration processes: arranging and extending visas, work permits, and registering foreign employees in compliance with the law.
- Ensuring occupational health and safety: monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace, organizing safety training, and conducting workplace safety assessments.
- Managing the HR team: building and developing the team, setting tasks, monitoring their execution, evaluating employee performance, and organizing collaboration within the department and with other divisions.
- Ensuring effective HR administration in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. Coordinating the work with local HR managers and recruitment agencies.
- Increasing employee engagement: Developing and implementing programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction in each region. Organizing corporate events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to strengthen team spirit.
- Supporting corporate culture: Implementing and maintaining corporate values and standards, adapting global HR initiatives to the specific characteristics of the regions. Ensuring consistency in corporate culture across all levels of the company.
Требования
- Higher education (preferably in HR management, law, or economics).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
Experience with HR automation systems (1C: ZUP, SAP, or similar programs). - Knowledge of migration legislation and processes related to employing foreign workers.
- Experience in organizing occupational health and safety at the workplace, knowledge of legislative requirements in this area.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and manage a team.
- High level of responsibility and independence.
