We’re looking for a Junior Operational Specialist to join our rollercoaster-crazy startup ride.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports, including cost analysis, process efficiency, and resource allocation.

• Process Improvement:

  • Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest data-driven solutions.

• Operational Support:

  • Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Support senior operational staff in the execution of strategic initiatives.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments such as finance, logistics, and procurement to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Assist in the communication of operational changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Documentation:

  • Maintain and update operational manuals, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the relevant team members.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of operational risks.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret economic data.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
