We are a rapidly growing startup developing innovative solutions in the field of software development. We are looking for a Middle+ Project Manager to lead one of our key software development teams and drive the success of our projects.

What You Will Do:
➡️ Manage a software development team within a specific project direction.
➡️ Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the team backlog at an operational level.
➡️ Monitor and assess risks, remove dependencies, and ensure smooth project flow.
➡️ Oversee service quality metrics to maintain high standards.
➡️ Prepare and present reports on project progress.
➡️ Establish and maintain effective communication within the project:

• Actively engage with project stakeholders.
• Conduct negotiations at all stages of development.
• Participate in regular cadence meetings.

Our Expectations:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project manager or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies. We primarily use Kanban.
• Systematic thinking, strong information structuring skills, and an understanding of data-driven decision-making approaches.
• Hands-on experience in risk management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, reduce project uncertainties, and deliver value on time.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs of the product owner and other team members.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications or additional training in project management and agile methodologies.
• Experience in setting up processes from scratch in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools like YouTrack and Notion.
• A results-oriented mindset, well-developed soft skills, and a passion for creating something new.
