Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and other supporting documents to determine eligibility for admission.
• Communicate admissions decisions to applicants in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process, including answering inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic departments to promote programs and ensure clear, accurate information is provided to prospective students.
• Maintain accurate records of all admissions data and ensure data privacy and security according to university policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of admissions policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on admissions statistics, trends, and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a similar role in higher education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in data management and experience with admissions software.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with student information systems and data privacy regulations.
• Experience in event coordination and public speaking.
• Knowledge of higher education trends and student recruitment strategies.
