Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and management of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Support the team in tracking and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Help maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• Assist in communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments, such as logistics, procurement, and production, to support business operations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to supply chain performance.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in supply chain management and logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
